Share Aussie athlete Natalie Bright joins the Scottish side for the 19-20 season. Natalie has had a busy netball career to date having represented in the Australian National TID U17/U19/U20 squads from 2013-2017, the Western Sting squad from 2016-2019, U21 World Youth Cup squad 2016, West Coast Fever as a training partner in 2017 and recently competed with West Coast Warriors 2018-2019. Natalie said: “I’m excited to join Strathclyde Sirens as I’ve always wanted to play at a quality level and put all my years of training to good use. Training at home has been great but I feel I’m ready to take a chance elsewhere as I’m ready to commit to a team. I’m excited/nervous about the challenge of moving away from my home, friends and family, but get the sense all the girls will have my back. I’m committed to Strathclyde Siren’s goals in terms of training intensity and competitiveness within the Vitality Netball Superleague. “Being a Siren represents the opportunity to be a part of a professional sporting organisation, improving myself both on and off the court and making lifelong connections through a sport I love.” You can watch Natalie Bright in action for Strathclyde Sirens at the Season Opener 2020 – buy tickets now!
