Netball Super League | Everitt and Adio voted in at London Pulse

London Pulse are excited to name Zara Everitt as their captain for the 2025 Netball Super League season. Backing her up as vice-captain is Halimat Adio.

While Head Coach Sam Bird has chosen both captain and vice-captain in previous seasons, this year the Pulse players voted on who they wanted in those roles.

Everitt came out as the “overwhelming” choice for captain and will lead the side for a fourth successive season having joined the club back in 2020. A firm fan favourite on the court she has played 80 times for the club and boasts three caps for the Vitality Roses.

Adio steps up to the role of vice-captain having not been part of the leadership group last season. Like Everitt, she’s a familiar face to Pulse fans having signed for the club back in 2019. She has also been a feature in several England squads, earning eight caps in the process.

The pair are also in the Vitality Roses squad for the Nations Cup that kicks off on Saturday 1 February at the Motorpoint Arena in Nottingham.

London Pulse start their 2025 Netball Super League campaign at the Copper Box Arena at home to Nottingham Forest on Sunday 16^th March. Before that though they’ll be in Netball Super Cup action on Saturday 8^th March the Utilita Arena Sheffield. Tickets are currently on sale from £14.
