How are the awards decided?

Coach of the Year, the Superdrug Online Doctor All-Star 7, Young Player of the Year and Player of the Year are all decided by club vote.

All eight NSL clubs have a vote, with each club deliberating between themselves on who their vote goes too.

Both awards for officials are decided by the NSL Assessors.

The Umpire of the Year award is determined by the scores received for each umpiring performance throughout the season. The umpire with the best average score at the end of the season is given the award.
