Kalifa McCollin returns to Celtic Dragons

Celtic Dragons’ latest player announcement for the 2019 season sees the return of another familiar face, Trinidad & Tobago star Kalifa McCollin.

Kalifa returns to Celtic Dragons having played for benecosMavericks last season. She started her netball career playing in her local league with the Soul City Sports and Cultural club, at the age of 6.  She then proceeded through the ranks of the national representative teams from the Under 16 to senior level.

Kalifa made her debut on the world netball stage at the 2013 Netball World Youth Cup in Glasgow.  Boasting a 92% shooting average at the end of the 2015 Netball World Cup in Australia, Kalifa soon became a Vitality Netball Superleague favourite at Celtic Dragons before playing a season at the Hertfordshire based benecosMavericks.

Green Army fans will soon see more exciting 2019 squad news as the countdown to the new season continues!

Tickets are now on sale for Super 10 – get your squad together and head to the season opener on Saturday 5th January 2019 at Arena Birmingham!
